RENTAL POLICIES:
     
Smoke Free/Pet Free: to provide a healthy environment for all our guests, the interior of all our buildings, lodging rooms and their exterior balcony decks or patios are smoke free areas. All areas of our property are pet free.

Check In Time: 4:00 pm. Check Out Time: 11:00 am.

Rate Guarantee: A rate quote is not guaranteed and is subject to change unless guaranteed with a credit card at time of making a reservation.

Deposit Guarantee: during Peak rental periods (July & August) a reservation requires a credit card deposit equal to one night's lodging. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover are welcome.

Credit Card Guarantee: during Off-Peak rental periods, a reservation can be held with a credit card. However, if a "no-show" occurs and the reservation was not cancelled, the credit card will be charged one night's lodging costs.

Minimum Night Stays: are required during some Peak, holiday or special event dates. We encourage a telephone call to Reservations @ 888/356-4431, to check on any last minute guest reservation changes or cancellations as rooms may come available and minimum night requirements may be waived.

Cancellation/Changes Policies: differ between Peak (July & August) and Non-Peak rental periods as follows:

Peak Season: Reservations occuring during the peak rental months of July and August require a 7 day  cancellation notice prior to scheduled arrival date. EXCEPTION: Two Bedroom Suites require a 14 Day Cancellation Notice prior to scheduled arrival date. 

Off-Peak Season: all months other than July and August require a 48 Hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, for all room styles.

Reservation cancellations that fall inside the cancellation notice period or "no-shows"will be responsible for the entire stay or any portion that could not be rebooked.

Changes to reservations at check-in or during the stay, will result in guest being responsible for all nights of the original reservation. Every effort will be made to rebook the room; if successful, the portion rebooked will be refunded.

Deposit Refunds: shall be refunded to the credit card used in the initial deposit transaction.
