Improvements at Pointe Hotel & Suites

The Pointe Hotel & Suites continues with annual improvements in all public spaces and in lodging condo units:

Fall 2015:  48-One Bedroom Condo-Suites received new Amish living room and dining room furniture.
Fall 2016:  48-One Bedroom Condo-Suites received new Amish bedroom furniture.
Fall 2017:  48-One Bedroom Condo-Suite kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms receive new counter tops, sinks and faucet sets.
Spring 2017:  New changes to the lakeside of our resort hotel. New walkways, lawn and irrigation systems have been installed. Walkway upgrades have also occurred with our lakeside picnic terrace and fire pit patio, as well as the walkway to our lakeside pier and boat slips.
Summer 2017:  All guest room cedar balcony decks stained.
Spring 2018:  June-new hallway stairwell and entryway flooring, new guest room and hotel entry door electronic locks, painting of hallways, stairwells and entrances.
April 2019:  Studio and Studio Premier Condo improvements are complete. Improvements included LED electric fireplaces, new carpet and luxury vinyl planking in all Studio Standard rooms. Studio Premier units included the same upgrades as the Studio Standard, plus sink upgrades, addition of a living room chair, beautiful dark wood headboards, nightstands with electric outlets and USB ports, nightstand lamps, and wall mounted LED flat screen televisions.
December, 2021:  All One Bedroom Condos received new England commercial constructed queen sleeper sofas in living rooms.
April 1, 2022:  All One & Two Bedroom Condominiums and Studio Units receive new mattress sets. 

Other property improvements will continue throughout 2022 as we continually remember the importance of on-going updates and improvements of our property as a whole to provide comfort and enrichment to our guest’s experience.
