HEALTH & SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
Mask mandate update: At our resort we have adopted the CDC, American Hotel & Lodging Association and the Wisconsin Hotel Lodging Association recommendations that if you have been vaccinated masks are not required on our property.  If you haven’t been vaccinated masks are encouraged. Our policies always attempt to keep all our guests safety and comfort in mind as best we can.  This policy will be enforced on the honor system, with the hope that our guests will be kind to one another and respectful of each of our own preferences.

The health and wellness of our guests and our resort associates have been and will always be our primary focus and it guides all decisions made at The Pointe Hotel & Suites. In response to COVID-19, let us assure travelers that we continue the great cleaning measures we have in place to make your lodging safe and comfortable. These measures have been enhanced to provide consistency and the highest level of cleaning protocols. Our housekeeping associates are using high concentrations of disinfectant cleaners on all high-touch areas in all our guest rooms as well as the resort’s common areas.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (updated 8/4/2021)
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as of August 4, 2021 we have adjusted our Covid-19 Cancellation Policy as it relates to reservations booked with an arrival date of or after August 4, 2021 and a departure date to or including December 30, 2021.  This policy does not apply to reservations booked for December 31, 2021 or thereafter; normal Cancellation Policy applies.

If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have had exposure to Covid-19 and cannot fulfill your stay with us the deposit amount you paid will be forwarded to a Lodging Certificate to be used within two years of the date issued.  The Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and is non-refundable.  However, if you so choose, the Certificate can be transferred to an individual of your choice and used for that individual’s stay within the two year period. The Certificate’s use is subject to unit availability and rental rate increases. This Covid-19 Cancellation Policy is subject to change, but shall not affect any Certificates issued prior to such Policy change.  Otherwise, our normal Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations.

Lodging Unit Entry Key Cards
Our guest room key cards are sanitized immediately after every guest check-out. Be assured, they are freshly distributed at check-in.

Lodging Units
All high touch areas and furnishings of our lodging units are thoroughly sanitized by our housekeepers prior to a guest arrival. This includes but is not limited to, door handles, televisions and remotes, telephones, alarm clocks, fireplaces and remotes, kitchen appliances, sinks and faucets, silverware, plate sets, cookware, countertops and more.

Breakfast Program
The resort offers a complimentary continental breakfast program with pre-packaged goods, and a change of presentation to promote social distancing and follow guidelines set by the CDC, the State and the Oneida County Health Department. The self-serve hot foods have been eliminated; however, our waffle counter remains available.  Two food and beverage counters have been distanced apart to provide six feet of social distancing. All serving utensils and cookware are routinely sanitized throughout the morning breakfast time. For guest’s convenience, masks, hand sanitizer and wipes are common amenities in the breakfast area. We have provided trays in each lodging unit for guests convenience and ease of carrying your breakfast back to the comforts of your guest unit; there is no seating provided in the breakfast area. Common area coffee is not available; however, coffee packets have been provided in each guest unit to be used with the unit provided 10 cup drip coffee makers.

Note: Concerned about dining out; our one Bedroom & Two Bedroom Condominium units offer full kitchens for preparation of breakfast, lunch or dinner. We encourage guests to pack their food items and utilize these appliances, cookware and dishware in the comfort of the unit. 

Swimming Pool is Open
Our swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness room are open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Occupancy will be monitored to assure safe social distancing is present. Masks are required when on the pool deck and sitting in the chairs. Masks are not required when physically in the swimming pool or whirlpool water.  Occupancy in the fitness room and sauna are two (2) guests at any given time.

Public Areas & Sanitizers
Many of our high traffic and hand touching interior common areas have been provided with hand sanitizer stations; elevator, exterior and interior common door entrances, hallways, and more. We encourage everyone to regularly wash their hands and/or utilize the provided common area located sanitizer stations.
