Room Block Perks:
- Mid-week room blocks of 10 rooms or more receive a 10% discount on all rooms booked 30 days prior to the event
- Room blocks of 20 rooms or more receive a free two-hour room rental of The Top of The Pointe Banquet room, complete with tables, chairs, and linens
- Wedding blocks of 30 room nights or more (can be over two nights) receive a complimentary 1-night stay for the wedding couple to be using during their wedding booking
- Conferences booking the full Northwoods Center (all three rooms - Aspen, Birch, and Cedar) receive a free two-hour room rental of the Aspen Room to host a welcome reception, including tables, chairs, and linens

Northwoods Center
The Pointe Hotel's conference center offers three Northwoods themed event rooms featuring the capability to combine all three rooms into one large room (total square feet: 3,008). This combined space, called the Northwoods Center, is recommended for gatherings hosting up to 150 people. Our team has helped guests host countless weddings, meetings, anniversaries, parties, and family gatherings in this space.

- Comfortable seating for up to 150 guests
- Accessible through indoor hotel corridors, no stairs, no weather concerns
- Connectivity with audio-visual and high-speed wireless internet
- Multiple available room setups with various table and seating arrangements

Northwoods Center consists of:
- Aspen Room: 32'W x 24'L, totaling 576 sq/ft
- Birch Room: 32'W x 24'L, totaling 576 sq/ft
- Cedar Room: 46'W x 32'L, totaling 1,472 sq/ft
- Three-room combination totaling 3,008 sq/ft

Top of the Pointe Banquet & Meeting Room
This special banquet room is the epitome of the saying "a room with a view". Featuring gorgeous lake views from four floors above ground level, guests will enjoy awe-inspiring views of the northern portion of Lake Minocqua through 65 feet of floor-to-ceiling windows. The room offers a modern take on a rustic, Northwoods style conference room and has available seating for up to 65 guests, however, we encourage no more than 45 guests for adequate elbow room. This event space is perfect for small group meetings, weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome sessions, and family events. Key Features:
- Comfortable seating for 45 guests (max 65)
- Accessible through indoor hotel corridors and elevator, no weather concerns
- Connectivity with audio-visual and high-speed wireless internet
